Doris M. Eymann

Chenoa – Doris M. Eymann, 78, of Chenoa, passed away at 10:10am, February 6, 2013 at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center, Normal.

Funeral will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, February 9, 2013 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa. Pastor Carrie Carnes will be officiating. Burial will be in Chenoa Township Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4-7:00pm on Friday, February 8, 2013 also at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials may be made to St. Jude Research Hospital or South Eastern Livingston County Ambulance Service.

Doris was born August 7, 1934 in Flanagan the daughter of Dale and Nellie McCain Rathbun. She married Wayne Eymann on September 20, 1953. He survives.

Also surviving are two daughters, Cindy (Tom) Streid of Chenoa and Linda (Bill) Kauffman of Pontiac; grandchildren, Sarah (Phil Earl) Siegworth, Kelsey Schopp, Andy (Laura) Streid, Lauren Kauffman and Courtney Kauffman; great-grandchildren, Brinley Earl and P.J. Earl; sisters, Debbie (Keith) McClure of Carlock and Robbie Byrd of El Paso; brother, Dick (Nancy) Jones. Doris was preceded in death by one brother,Doug Rathbun, twin sister Lois Boulware and sister Joanne Smith.

Doris was a bookkeeper for Meyer Fertilizer in Fairbury retiring in 1997.

She was a member of Chenoa United Methodist Church and Women of the Moose in Bloomington.

Doris was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a special lady to her family and all her knew her.
