Anchor – Adolph Junior Bielfeldt, 86, of Anchor, passed away at 9:15am, March 30, 2011 at Heartland Nursing Home, Paxton.

Funeral will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Anchor with visitation one hour prior. The Rev. Stephen Goodwin will be officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Anchor.

Visitation will be held from 5-7:00pm on Friday, April 1, 2011 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Colfax.

Junior was born August 28, 1924 in Anchor the son of Adolph and Wilhelmina "Minnie" Christina Hensen Bielfeldt. They preceded him in death.

He married Doris Reinhart on January 13, 1946 in Colfax. She survives.

Also surviving are his children, Alma (Gabi) Farran of Colfax, Paul Bielfeldt of Anchor, and Joyce (Terry) Hutchcraft of Gibson City; daughter-in-law, Barbara Bielfeldt of Gibson City; grandchildren, John Bielfeldt, Kyle (Sarah) Bielfeldt, Jill Bielfeldt, Nadia (Ben) Kelkamp, Brea (Travis) May, and Lauren Hutchcraft; great grandchildren, Makenzi and Macy Bielfeldt; sister, Velna Wichman of Melvin; brother, Bob Bielfeldt of Anchor.

Junior was preceded in death by one son, Willard; five brothers, F.G., Walter, Ralph, George, and Lewis; sisters, Amanda Stiegman and Evelyn Salyards; and one grandchild, Maria Farran.
He was a Lifelong farmer in the Anchor area.

Junior was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Anchor where he helped with Sunday school, was a member of the council, and was a part of Brotherhood.

He was also a member of Mackinaw Drainage District and McLean Count Farm Bureau.
Junior enjoyed dancing and travel.

The family suggests that memorials may be made to the organ fund at St. John's Lutheran Church.
