Ben was born March 15, 1984, in Macomb, IL, the son of Lawrence and Deborah Hoover Adams, during a thunder storm. He exited this world with storms brewing.

He married Jessica Kemp on October 10, 2008. She survives.

Also surviving are his daughter, Hayley K. Dralle;  mother Deborah (Jim) Prodehl of Bloomington; father, Larry (LeAnn) Adams of Spokane, WA; brother, Brett (Angie) Powell of Clubb, MO; step-sisters, Jeanne Wenrick  of Tucson, AZ, Kimberly James of Hayden, ID, and Pamela Wenrick of Spokane, WA; and a very special uncle, Dr. Sean Adams of Naperville, whom helped Ben navigate his illness. Ben was blessed with so many good cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Ben was passionate about animals, especially his beloved cat, Mr. Kitty.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Kay Hoover and Dr. Lyle and Margaret Adams.

Ben was a non-conformist who had little interest in worldly goods. He struggled to maintain the average 'norm' in the workplace and would much rather be gardening, playing his drums, or cooking.

He was a gentle spirit with beautiful blue eyes.
