Colfax – Bessie "Judy" Martin, 84, of Colfax passed away November 8, 2011 in Colfax.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Colfax is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the Community Cancer Center, Normal.
Judy was born January 4, 1927 in Campbellsville, KY the daughter of William and Florence Tandy Colvin.
She married Harry Martin on August 13, 1945 in Pontiac. He died December 3, 2008.
Surviving are her daughter, Sandra (John) Friedmansky of Colfax; grandchildren, Alan (Dana) Friedmansky of Troy and Julie (Jamie Tillman) Friedmansky of Arrowsmith; great-grandchildren, Shauna, Meagan, Zackary, Lauren, Chandler, Tyler, Marissa, and Jada; great-great-grandchild, Isabella; and one brother Bill Colvin of Gridley.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and five sisters.
Judy was a member of the Chenoa United Methodist Church.
