Obituary
Betty Ione Blackmore, 88, of Flanagan formerly of Chenoa passed away at 2:10 am, Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Heritage Healthcare, Minonk.
Cremation rites have been accorded and a graveside Inurnment will take place at a later date in Chenoa Cemetery, Chenoa. Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers memorial contribution may be directed to the family of Betty Blackmore.
Betty was born January 26, 1927 in Chenoa the daughter of William and Carrie (Parsons) Wilder. She married John Paul Blackmore in1948 in Chenoa. He died in July of 1996. Her parents and one sister, F. Mardelle Lawless also preceded her in death.
Survivors include her three children, Bill Blackmore of St. Joseph; Teresa Myers of Chenoa; Jerry (Terri) Blackmore of Port Charlotte, FL; three sisters, Jo Ann (Charles) Finnell of Tulsa, OK; Janet (James) Kiley of Bloomington; Shirley (Ron) Corrie of Chenoa; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
