Obituary
Colfax – Betty Knorr, 76, of Colfax, passed away at 5:21am, December 4, 2014 at her residence, surrounded by her family.
Cremation has been accorded. Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Colfax is in charge of arrangements.
A Celebration of Betty's Life will be held at 2:00pm, Thursday, December 11, 2014 at the Colfax American Legion.
Inurnment will take place later at Wiley Cemetery, Colfax.
Betty was born November 28, 1938 in Michigan City, IN the daughter of Paul Leo and Marcella Schilla Owens.
She married Robert Knorr on October 1, 1966 in New Buffalo, MI. He died September 23, 2002.
Surviving are her two daughter, Tammy Smith and Teri Reynolds both of Colfax; one brother, Larry (Hazel) Owens of Florence, AL; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Thomas Collins and Timothy Lauderdale and one sister Beverly Wingard.
