Obituary
Chenoa: Betty Rhoades, 65, of Chenoa, died at 4:36am Thursday, November 8, 2007 at OSF St. Joseph's Medical Center, Bloomington.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 pm, Friday, November 9, 2007 at the Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa.
Her funeral service will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, November 10, 2007 also at the memorial home in Chenoa with Pastor Russell Jackson officiating the service. Burial will take place at Chenoa Cemetery, Chenoa, IL.
Mrs. Rhoades was born August 11, 1942 in Charleston, IL, the daughter of Joseph R. and Mary E. (Warman) Easter. She married Arthur H. Rhoades, July 11, 1958 in Boling Green Twp., IL. He survives in Chenoa.
Also surviving are one son; Richard H. (Penny) Rhoades, Chenoa, two grandsons; Aaron and Bradley Rhoades, both of Chenoa, four half brothers; Robert Easter, Joe Easter, Loren Easter and Mike Hudson, one half sister; Linda Breedlove.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three half brothers, one half sister and one grandson, Corey Rhoades.
Betty enjoyed sewing, camping and spoiling her two grandsons which she loved deeply.
The family suggests that memorials be made to the charity of donor's choice.
