Obituary
Bonita J. Silsbee, 73, Weston, died at 1:45 am Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Silsbee was born May 27, 1943 in St. Anne, IL the daughter of Kenneth and Elinore St. Piere Silsbee.
Surviving is one daughter, Michelle (Shane) Collins, Fairbury; four grandchildren; two sisters, Cheryl Perry, Lake Egypt; Diane Wehlauch, Jacksonville, FL and one brother, Milton Silsbee, Jacksonville, FL.
She is preceded in death by her parents and four brothers.
Ms. Silsbee was a prison guard at the Pontiac Correctional Facility retiring in 2008.
The family suggests memorials be given to your local Humane Society.
