Obituary

Bradley Frederick Carlton, age 45, passed away January 20, 2014 in Tucson, AZ. Brad's ashes will be buried in Park Hill Cemetery, Bloomington, IL sometime this spring. A specific date will be announced later.

Brad was born April 1, 1968 in Normal, IL and grew up in Bloomington, IL. He graduated from Bloomington High School in 1986 and attended Eastern State University in Charleston, IL. He returned to Bloomington, IL and worked for various employers. He moved to Wausau, WI and worked for Team Electronics for five years. He then moved to Madison, WI and got his Bachelor's degree in Computers and Electronics from Herzing College in Madison. He met Carly Soderberg while he was in Madison and they were married on August 4, 2008. They moved to Tucson where their son Maxwell Bradley Carlton was born September 3, 2011.

Brad is survived by his loving wife, Carly Soderberg Carlton, son Maxwell Bradley, mother LaDonna Manier Carlton, step-father Fred Rosen, Chicago, IL, father Frederick E. Carlton, step-mother Pam Carlton, Bloomington, IL, half-sister Debbie Carlton, Bloomington, IL and three step-sisters: Candace Mirza, Wilmette, IL, Robin Kaufman, Normal IL, and Leslie Reimer, Charlotte, NC. Brad is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; Everett and Sybilla Haegele Carlton and his maternal grandparents; George and Esther Martin Manier.

Brad's friends have suggested a college trust fund be set up for Max. This is in the process of being set up. In lieu of flowers memorial offerings may be directed to the Maxwell Bradley College Trust Fund, c/o Carly Carlton, 2711 N. Camino Valle Verde, Tucson, AZ 85715.
