Brenda Kay Kuntz, 51, Chenoa died peacefully at 2:56 pm Saturday, February 15, 2014 at her residence in Chenoa surrounded by her family.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at the Apostolic Christian Church, Forrest with ministers of the church officiating. Burial will be in the South Apostolic Christian Cemetery, rural Fairbury.
Visitation will be 1:00 to 8:00pm Tuesday at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury and 9:00 to 9:45 am Wednesday at the church. The family suggest memorials be directed to the Fairview Haven Retirement Community, Fairbury.
Brenda was born November 15, 1962 in Pontiac, IL the daughter of Harold Elman and Beverly Kay Schell Wells. She married Rollyn Clyde Kuntz on August 7, 1983 in Gridley, IL. He survives in Chenoa.
Also surviving are her parents, Harold and Beverly Wells, Gridley, IL, seven children, Jacob (Brooke) Kuntz, Castorland, NY, Mikel (Stephanie) Steffen, Congerville, IL, David (Brittany) Kuntz, Forrest, IL, Nathan (Brooke) Kuntz, Mark (Emily) Kuntz, Benjamin Kuntz and Kayla Kuntz, all of Chenoa, IL, nine grandchildren, one brother, Wes (Kristen) Wells, Westfield, IN.
Brenda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister who demonstrated unselfish love toward others. She was a homemaker and a member of the Apostolic Christian Church, Forrest.
