Obituary
Bruce Lee Marler, 40, Las Vegas, Nevada passed away at 3:50 pm Saturday, July 18, 2009 in Las Vegas.
Funeral services will be at noon Friday, July 24, 2009 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury with the Ministers of the Fairbury Apostolic Christian Church officiating. Interment will be in the Fairbury Apostolic Christian Cemetery.
Visitation will be 10:00 to 11:45 am Friday at the memorial home. The family suggests memorials be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
Mr. Marler was born February 1, 1969 in Pekin, IL, the son of Nathan Rhodes and Ruth Marler.
Surviving is his mother Ruth (Maurice) Steidinger, Fairbury; two daughters, Cortney Lee Marler, Fairbury, Emma Rose Swalley, California; one son, Jesse Dewayne Marler, Fairbury; one step daughter, Amber Lee Keagle, Lexington, IL and a granddaughter, Kiara Justus Marler.
He is preceded in death by his father.
