Obituary
Carllene L. Elliott, 89, Cropsey, died at 4:02 pm Monday, January 19, 2015 at her residence, Cropsey.
A private service was held at the Fairbury Mausoleum. The family suggests memorials be given to the Livingston County Humane Society, SELCAS, or the Dominy Memorial Library. Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Elliott was born March 9, 1925 in Fairbury, IL the daughter of Silas and Lucile Young Steidinger. She married Kenneth Elliott on November 21, 1948. He died on May 15, 2010.
Surviving are many special cousins.
Mrs. Elliott was a Fairbury Twp. High School graduate and had attended Carleton College, Northfield, MN. With her husband, Ken they owned and operated the Country Store Collectibles antique business. In her younger years she enjoyed golfing with her husband Ken and close friends at Indian Creek Golf Course, Fairbury.
