Carol Ann Howard, 66 of Chenoa, died at 3:17 am, Friday, January 5, 2018 at her residence in Chenoa.

Her funeral mass will be held at 11 am, Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Chenoa with Father Carl LoPresti officiating. A private burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery in rural Chenoa.

Visitation will be 10 to 11 am prior to the mass on Wednesday, also at the church in Chenoa. Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Howard was born January 5, 1952 in Normal, the daughter of Richard "Gene" and Dorothy M. (Ellis) Schopp. She married Michael W. Howard on November 17, 1973 in Chenoa. Her husband survives in Chenoa.

Her parents and one infant sister, Mary Lou Schopp preceded her in death.

Other survivors include one son; Michael (Jennifer Gahm) Howard of Chenoa; one brother, Bill Schopp of Chenoa; one sister, Dorothy (Larry) Harms of Chenoa, three grandchildren, Corey, Kimberleigh and Gabrial and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be directed to the family of Carol Ann Howard.
