Carolyn Jo Svedlund, 69, Port Orange, FL, formerly of Gibson City, died on Monday (June 15, 2009) at Port Orange.
She was cremated. A memorial service celebrating her life will be scheduled at a later date in Port Orange.
Carolyn was born February 16, 1940 in Paxton, IL daughter of Edward and Hazel Troyer.
she was married 49 years May 21, 2009 to her husband Robert Svedlund. He survives. Also surviving are her two sons, Tim (Melissa) Svedlund, Charlotte, N.C. and Steven (Shanon) Svedlund, Jacksonville, FL; six grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; her mother, Hazel Troyer, Fairbury; and a sister, Kay (Wayne) Hammer, Fairbury.
She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Troyer.
