Connie L. Mueller, 63, Normal, was pronounced dead at 4:43pm Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at the scene of an automobile accident in Lawndale Twp., McLean County, IL.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Monday, October 14, 2013 at the Apostolic Christian Church, Bloomington with ministers of the church officiating. Burial will be at 2:00pm Monday in the South Apostolic Christian Cemetery, rural Fairbury. Visitation will be 2:00 to 8:00 pm Sunday at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury and 9:00 to 9:45 am Monday at the church. The family suggest memorials be given to the charity of their choice.

Mrs. Mueller was born October 18, 1949 in Fairbury, IL the daughter of Wayne and LaVerne Schaab Bittner. She married Charles Mueller on September 21, 1969 in Strawn.

Surviving are her children, Jennifer (Harvey) Kuenzi, Salem, OR; Karen (Roger) Bach, Fairbury, IL; Amy (Rich) Haney, Libertyville, IL; Mark (Erika) Mueller, John (Tracy) Mueller, both of Strawn, IL; Lisa (Jonathan) Kuenzi, Salem, OR; David (Holly) Mueller, Forrest, IL; Daniel (Ashley) Mueller, Strawn, IL; Rachel (Evan) Bachtold, Harrison, TN; Andrew Mueller, Sibley, IL; twenty seven grandchildren; her parents, Wayne and LaVerne Bittner, Fairbury; two brothers, Gary (Linda) Bittner, Silver Springs, Maryland; Keith (Vickie) Bittner, Fairbury; one sister, Jane (Al) Freehill, Chenoa.

She is preceded in death by a brother, Paul Bittner and a grandson, Drew Mueller.

Mrs. Mueller was a homemaker and had currently been employed at Heritage Health, Normal as a dietary aide. She was a member of the Apostolic Christian Church, Bloomington.
