Cynthia Lynn Mowery, 53, of Fairbury, went to her heavenly home at 12:40 p.m. October 27, 2016, at Gibson Area Hospital ER, Gibson City, Illinois.

Cynthia was born at Fairbury, Illinois, August 30, 1963, to Ernest Boyd and Linda Lou Glover Sapp.  She is survived by her mother, Linda Sapp, Forrest, two daughters, Nicole Craig, Chillicothe IL, Sierra Mowery, Fairbury, one son, Dakota Mowery, Fairbury, one sister, Mary Renee James, Fairbury, one brother, Allen Sapp, Fairbury, and one granddaughter, Betsey Craig, Chillicothe.  Her father, Ernest Sapp, and one brother, Steven Sapp, preceded her in death.

Visitation will be from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 6:45 p.m. at Faith Fellowship Ministries, 801 N. First St, Fairbury, Tuesday, November 1,2016.  Cremation has been accorded.  Inurnment will be at a later date.

Cindy loved her children and family, her church family, and above all God.  She was a born-again Christian.  She will be greatly missed here on earth, but someday, we who believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He died on the cross for our sins and that God raised Him from the dead, will join her, never to be parted again.
