Obituary
David John Schultz, 53, of Pontiac, died March 16, 2007 at 5:30AM at Evenglow Health Center, Pontiac. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2007 from 5-8:00PM at Duff-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury. Funeral will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at 11:00AM Pontiac Bible Church with a visitation from 10-10:45AM. Pastor Brian Bill will be officiating. Burial will be in Avoca Township Cemetery, Fairbury.
Memorials may be made to OSF St. James – John W. Albrecht Medical Center Hospice, Pontiac.
David was born February 7, 1954 in Joliet the son of Richard S. and Agnes C. Sitar Schultz. His father preceded him in death.
He married Jane Horner on October 9, 1992 in Pontiac. She survives. Also surviving are his mother of Joliet; one son Eric Schultz and his fiancé Kristen Johnson; two brothers Richard (Karen) Schultz of Countryside and Timothy Schultz of Joliet; one sister Betty Schultz of Washington Sate.
David worked as an Instrument Mechanic at the Nuclear Power Plant in Braidwood. He is a member of Pontiac Bible Church, the Local IBEW, and a life member of the NRA.
