Strawn - Denver Mack Wahls, 3-month infant son died at 4:51pm, Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at OSF St. Francis Children’s Hospital, Peoria.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at Strawn Cemetery, Strawn. Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury, is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the family of Denver.

Denver was born February 20, 2026 in Gibson City, IL; a son to Amanda Fidler and Andrew “Andy” Wahls both of Strawn. His parents survive in Strawn.

Other survivors include one brother, Jaxson Wahls of Strawn; paternal grandparents, Fred and Gwen Wahls of Strawn; uncle, Ricky Fidler of Strawn; aunts, Erin Huffines of Fisher; Rachel Wahls of Strawn.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Bruce Fidler in 2021.
