Diana was born in Ocoya, IL and lived there most of her life.  She married Duane, the love of her life, on October 29, 1961.

Diana attended Chenoa schools and after having been on the honor roll, graduated with a G.E.D.

Both prior to and after her marriage to Duane, Diana worked for Dave and Emma Lou Steffen at Dave's Supermarket in Fairbury.  She worked in both the meat and grocery departments.  One of Diana's best friends was Emma Lou.

Diana enjoyed driving a school bus for the Pontiac and Chenoa Schools.  She also did dog grooming at home and sold Avon products for many years.

She was an avid sports fan, following the Illini football and basketball, the Bulls, Blackhawks, Bears and most of all, the Chicago Cubs.

Diana will be remembered for her warm smile, her devotion as a wife, and her love for her animals.

At 11:27 a.m. on January 20, 2026 with her husband holding her hand, the Lord took her home.  Services will be held at a later date.
