Dorothy I. Koutsis, 78, Fairbury, died at 3:45 am Monday, January 29, 2018 at Evenglow Lodge, Pontiac.

Cremation rites have been accorded and no services are planned at this time.  Memorials may be directed to the charity of the donor's choice.

Dorothy was born December 15, 1939 in Chattanooga, TN the daughter of Marvin Lewis Scott and Emma Santion Parlier.  They precede her in death.

Surviving is a longtime friend, Roberta Holland, Fairbury.
