Edna D. Grosshans, 81, Fairbury, died at 4:55 am Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Fairview Haven Retirement Community, Fairbury.
A private graveside service will be Thursday, December 24, 2015 at East Graceland Cemetery, Fairbury with ministers of the German Apostolic Christian Church officiating. Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury is in charge of arrangements.
Miss Grosshans was born January 20, 1934 in Fairbury, IL the daughter of Fred and Viola Hanni Grosshans.
Surviving are 2 sisters, Ruth Grosshans, Violet (Dale) Ifft, 1 brother, David (Barbara) Grosshans, all of Fairbury.
She is preceded in death by 2 brothers and 1 sister.
Miss Grosshans was a member of the German Apostolic Christian Church, Fairbury.
The family wishes to especially thank all the staff at Fairview Haven, OSF Hospice, and Kelly Zehr for their exceptional care of Edna.
