Obituary
Emma Parlier, 94, a resident of Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Colfax and formerly of Washington died at 12:03 am Sunday, April 20, 2008 at OSF St. James-John Albrecht Medical Center, Pontiac.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Thursday, April 24, 2008 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury with the Rev. Steve Anderson officiating. Burial will be in the Chattanooga National Cemetery, Chattanooga, TN. Visitation will be 9:30 to 10:30 am Thursday at the memorial home.
Mrs. Parlier was born November 3, 1913 in Trenton, NJ the daughter of Vasile and Juliana Miculas Santion. She married Marvin Lewis Scott Parlier he died March 10, 1956.
Surviving is a daughter, Dorothy Koutsis of Fairbury.
She is preceded in death by one brother, one sister and two sons.
The family suggests memorials be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
