Fairbury: Evonn Wilken, 80, of Fairbury died at 3:45 PM, Thursday, June 15, 2006 in Fairbury.
Mrs. Wilken was born April 2, 1926 in Forrest, IL the daughter to John and Edna (Waples) Mammen. She married Harold Wilken on June 18, 1950 in Fairbury. He Died February 15, 1988.
She is preceded in death by her husband, 2 brothers and 1 sister.
A private family graveside service will be Monday, June 19, 2006 at 11 am. in Graceland Cemetery, Fairbury. Wayne Kurth will officiate the service. Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury is in charge of arrangements.
The family suggests that memorials be directed to The American Cancer Society.
