Frances L Bagley, 84, of Chenoa, passed away peacefully on Sunday October 1, 2023.

Frances, known to her loved ones as Scratch, was born May 17, 1939 in Centralia MO.  She was the beloved daughter of William Roscoe and Mary Bagley.  She was the middle sister to Doris Knott, Wanda Peck, Bud, Ronal, and Edward Bagley.  All precede her in death.

Scratch graduated from Chenoa High School in 1957.  She remained a Chenoa resident for most of her life.  She was a gifted quilter and loved to bake. Prior to her retirement, she worked at Pontiac Furniture. She always had a smile for the many nieces, nephews, and extended family left to remember her.  Her passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who loved her, but her memory will live on in the stories they share and the love they hold for her.

The funeral will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at Duffy Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa.  The visitation will be held one hour prior on Saturday. Burial will take place at Chenoa Township Cemetery following the funeral service.
