Harley B. Honegger, 91, Fairbury, died at 3:40pm Thursday, December 10, 2015 at Fairview Haven Retirement Community, Fairbury.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Monday, December 14, 2015 at the St. Paul Lutheran Church, Forrest with Pastor Corinne Blissard officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Ridge Twp. Cemetery, rural Wing.

Visitation will be 2:00 to 5:00 pm Sunday, December 13, 2015 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury and 9:00 to 9:45 am Monday at the Church. The family suggests memorials be given to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Forrest, SELCAS, or the Forrest Library.

Mr. Honegger was born August 20, 1924 in Forrest, IL the son of Walter and Elizabeth Moser Honegger. He married Lorraine Coleman on June 25, 1946 in Joliet, IL. She survives in Fairbury.

Other survivors include 2 daughters, Diane Rieger, Fairbury, Barb (Les) Baumann, El Paso, 1 son, Mark (Lou) Honegger, Forrest, 7 grandchildren, Bob Rieger, Becky (Robb) McAdam, Beth Rieger, Brian (Kara) Rinkenberger, Kevin (Carrie) Rinkenberger, Julie Honegger and Bud Honegger, 8 great grandchildren, 1 sister, Donna Leman, Fairbury and 1 brother, John (Wilma) Honegger, Peoria.

He is preceded in death by 5 brothers and 5 sisters.

Mr. Honegger was a lifetime farmer. He was member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church, Forrest, Knoll Lodge, Fairbury, Ethel's Lodge, Forrest and the Indian Creek Country Club, Fairbury.
