Harold E. Zimmerman, 69, of Sunnyvale , CA; formerly of Chenoa passed away Sunday, November 27, 2011 at Stanford Hospital, Stanford, CA.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 16, 2011 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa with Pastor James Rees officiating. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. also on Friday at the memorial home in Chenoa. Inurnment will follow in Chenoa Cemetery.

Harold was born May 16, 1942 in Graymont, IL; the son of Floyd and Viola (Sherman) Zimmerman. They preceded him in death.
He graduated from Chenoa High School in 1960 and served in the Air Force for 4 years.

He is survived by a daughter Gina (Robert) Garcia of Livermore, CA; a son Brian Zimmerman of San Jose , CA; four granddaughters and a great granddaughter all of CA; one sister, Shirley Wiegers of Pontiac and two nephews, Steve and Scott Wiegers.
