Ilse Sonja Mygatt, 89 of Forrest, passed away at 11:45am, Saturday, May 22, 2021 at Carle Bromenn Medical Center, Normal.

Inurnment will take place at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Wing at 10:30am, Thursday, May 27, 2021.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.

Ilse was born August 17, 1931 in Wiesbaden, Germany, a daughter of Paul and Ida Lorsch.  She married Orval Mygatt on December 11, 1952 in Germany.  He preceded her in death on January 29, 2010.

She is survived by two sons, Michael (Sriwan) Mygatt of Glendale, AZ and Jessie (Cheryl) Mygatt of Forrest, six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

She is also preceded in death by her son, Trever Mygatt.
