Obituary
Sun City, AZ – Iona J. Center, 88, of Sun City, AZ, died Saturday, April 27, 2019 in Sun City, AZ.
Cremation has been accorded.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, September 14, 2019, at Wiley Cemetery, Colfax.
Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Colfax is in charge of arrangements.
Iona was born April 18, 1931, in Colfax the daughter of Frank and Elsie Cline Small. She married Ralph Center. He preceded her in death August 15, 2018.
Surviving are her children, April Murrell of Sun City, AZ, Nancy (Randy) Hinrichsen of Colfax, Marty (Doug) Reeves of Towanda, Paul (Kathleen) Center of Normal, and Lisa (Dru) Kim of Chicago; nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and one great- great granddaughter.
Iona loved gardening, being outdoors and feeding and watching birds. She was a homemaker and a 4H and Girl Scout leader.
