Normal – Jack L. Poshard, 88, of Normal, passed away on Friday, May 31, 2024 at The Arc of Normal. Cremation rites have been accorded.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 4th at the United Methodist Church in Chenoa. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 am with Pastor Deb Honegger officiating. There will be a lunch served afterwards at the church.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the United Methodist Church of Chenoa, or to the donor's choice.

Jack was born on May 12, 1936 in Bloomington, IL the son of Elmo and Thelma (Boulware) Poshard. He is preceded in death by both of his parents, one son Daniel Poshard, and his step-sister Alice Guinnee.

Jack is survived by: his son Michael (Linda) Poshard, Kentucky; and a special niece Linda Hyneman. He is also survived by his grandson Adam, and great-grandchildren Brody and Faith.
