Obituary
Jackie "Jack" J. Johns, 45, of Chenoa was pronounced dead at 10:16 pm Sunday, July 13, 2008 in Chenoa.
Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 pm Friday, July 18, 2008 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa. A Celebration of Jack's life will take place at the Pontiac VFW from 7:00 to 9:00 pm also on Friday. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be given to the family.
Jack was born November 26, 1962 in Pontiac, IL the son of Everett Donald "Bud" and Margaret "Peggy" Meredith Johns. He married Paula Adams on November 26, 2002 in Pontiac, IL. She survives in Chenoa.
Also surviving is his father of Pontiac, one stepson, Jesse Barth, Flanagan, one step daughter, Cassie Barth, Nashville, TN, three brothers, Johnny Joe (Linda) Johns, Euless, TX, Jerry Joe (Debbie Hallam) Johns and Jimmy Joe (Diane) Johns, both of Pontiac, IL.
Jack is preceded in death by his mother.
