Obituary
Fairbury: Jacqueline L. Fazio, 79, Fairbury died 6:20pm Friday, April 6, 2007 at the Tjardes Health Center at Evenglow Lodge, Pontiac.
Graveside services will be 2:00pm Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at Graceland Cemetery, Fairbury with the Rev. Gretchen Stinebaugh and Rev. Delmar Smith officiating. Private family visitation will be held Wednesday at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury.
Mrs. Fazio was born January 1, 1928 at Chicago. The daughter of W.H. and Martha Stroh Schade. She was raised by her grandparents, Henry and Minnie Schade. She later married Anton B. Fazio on May 28, 1954 at Kankakee. He died May 5, 1987.
Survivors include a daughter; Lori (Roger Aaron) Fazio, Fairbury, son; Michael (Dona) Fazio, Pontiac, stepson; Sam Fazio, Woodriver, IL, stepdaughter; Toni Clemons, Godfrey, IL.
Also surviving are 4 step grandchildren, 3 step great grandchildren, and 2 cousins; Jack (Karen) Stroh, Indiana and Betty Jo Berlett, Piper City, IL.
Mrs. Fazio was an LPN, homemaker, and had been employed by the Pontiac Daily Leader. She was also a member of the First United Methodist Church, Fairbury.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be given to the Humane Society, Chicago; American Diabetes Association; SELCAS, or Evenglow Lodge, Pontiac.
