Jeffrey J. Scott, age 65 of Cochranville, PA passed away on September 9, 2020 during emergency surgery for a ruptured aorta aneurysm. Jeff was born March 29, 1955 in Rushville, Illinois. He is survived by his parents George C. & Shirley A. (Jacobs) Scott.

Jeff was a graduate of Unionville High School, Class of 1973. He furthered his education by attending Xavier University of Ohio, Southern Illinois University and University of Arizona. For twenty-seven years Jeff was the owner of the Pak-n-Ship Stores in Kennett Square and Jennersville. He was devoted to his business and was very personable with his customers. His businesses routinely were ranked in the top 100 UPS stores in the US.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his six siblings, Margaret Daniel (Gary), Steven Scott (Roslyn), David Scott, Barbara Elliott (Michael), Patricia Dooley (Stephen) and Diane Burkin (Brian), and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Theodore Jacobs and Blanche Elson Jacobs Good (Chenoa, IL) and a step grandfather, Harry Good, his paternal grandparents, Reba Ruth Florey and John Oren Scott (Beecher City, IL formerly of LeRoy, IL) and several aunts and uncles.

A private family service was held at Kuzo & Foulk Funeral Homes, Kennett Square, PA.  Burial and graveside service was held at Chenoa Township Cemetery, Chenoa, IL.
