Obituary
Colfax – Jeffrey Spence, 39, of Colfax, passed away at 10:02pm, February 2, 2011 at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.
A funeral will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, February 5, 2011 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Colfax. Burial will be in Wiley Cemetery, Colfax.
Visitation will be held from 10-11:00 am also on Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Eastern McLean County Ambulance Association.
Jeffrey was born June 30, 1971 in Peoria the son of John T. and Martha Catherine Gross Spence, Jr.
He married Sue Schulte. She survives.
Also surviving are his mother of Morton; step-children, Kari Graham of Bloomington and Joseph Graham of Colfax; siblings, Joyce (Larry) Wilson of Princeton, TX, Susette (James) Cochran of Morton, Denise (Johnsie) Coone of Deer Creek, Mayron (Paul) Boyer of Mascoutah, and Tina (Dale) Gleason of Bartonville.
He was preceded in death by his father and one sister.
Jeffrey was a woodworker and a member of Bible Hill Baptist Church in Parsons, TN.
