Obituary
Chenoa: Jimmy J. Potts, 60, of rural Chenoa, died at 5:40 pm, Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at BroMenn Regional Medical Center, Normal, IL.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 pm, Thursday, November 16, 2006 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa.
His funeral services will be 10 am, Friday, November 17, 2006 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa with Rev. Rob McCoy officiating. Cremation rites will take place at the conclusion of the service.
Jimmy was born June 16, 1946 in Vincennes, IN, a son to Marvin and Marguerite (Small) Potts. He served our country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
Surviving are 2 sons: James M. Potts and Jess F. Potts both of Pontiac.
He was preceded in death by both parents and one brother.
The family suggests that memorials be directed to the Jimmy J. Potts Memorial Fund.
