Chenoa: Joe W.L. Church "Church Mouse", 42 of Rural Chenoa died at 5:00PM on Friday, August 24, 2007 at his residence in rural Chenoa.

His funeral service will be 11 am, Wednesday, August 29, 2007 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa with Pastor Russell Jackson officiating the service. Interment will take place in Chenoa Cemetery, Chenoa, IL.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 pm, Tuesday, August 28, 2007 also at the memorial home in Chenoa.

Joe was born April 17, 1965 in Bloomington, the son of William and Imogene (Baker) Church. He married Leyona Kruse on August 10, 1989. She survives in Chenoa.

Also surviving are his mother; Imogene (Delbert) Ross, Chenoa, two sons; Joshua Lee Church, New Orleans, LA and Joshua Michael Gumm, Winterhaven, FL one daughter; Ashley Marie Church, Meadows, one brother; Jeff A. Church, Chenoa.

He was preceded in death by his Father in July of 1972.

The family suggests that memorials be directed to the family of Joe W.L. Church.

Joe was a member of Chenoa Baptist Church, Chenoa and a member of Bloomington Chapter Hog Association. He was employed as a truck driver for Brunton Motor Freight, Pontiac for 20 years. He was the co founder of Triple J Farms in Meadows. He loved fishing, music, his tractor trailer and his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Joe played football and wrestling for Chenoa High School. Above all he loved his family and spending time with the ones he loved.
