Johnny Thomas Rogers, 49, Fairbury, died at 9:45 pm Thursday, December 8, 2022 at OSF Richard Owens Hospice Home, Peoria.

Visitation will be 9:00 to 11:00 am Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 406 North 5 ^th St., Chatsworth, IL 60921 follow by a funeral Mass at 11:00am.  Fr. David Sabel will officiate.  The family suggests memorials be given to his mother, Rita.  Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury is assisting with arrangements.

Johnny was born November 24, 1973 in Chicago, IL the son of John R. and Rita F. Koertgen Rogers.

Survivors include his mother, Rita F. Rogers, Fairbury; his wife, Jennifer Rogers; four children, Sebastian, Payton, Jett and Layla Rogers. Johnny is also survived by he brother-in-law, Allen Samp, and his niece, Jessica Samp.

He is preceded in death by his father, John and his sister, Carol Ann Samp.

Johnny served in the United States Army.
