Obituary
Judy Marilyn Stork, 64, Fairbury, died at 12:57 am Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, January 26, 2013 at the Christian Apostolic Church, Forrest with ministers of the church officiating. Burial will be in the South Graceland Cemetery, Fairbury. Visitation will be 4:00 to 8:00 pm Friday at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury and 9:00 to 9:45 am Saturday at the church. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be given to the American Cancer Society or the Christian Apostolic Church, Forrest.
Mrs. Stork was born May 4, 1948 in Salem, Oregon the daughter of Lewis and Gloria White Kuenzi. She married Edwin H. Stork on February 1, 1976 in Salem, Oregon. He survives in Fairbury.
Other survivors include two brothers; Alvin Kuenzi, Scio, Oregon; Royal Kuenzi, Beaverton, Oregon; and one sister; Liz (Vance) Snook, Salem, Oregon.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Mrs. Stork worked as a LPN at several area nursing homes, most recently at Good Samaritan Nursing Home, Pontiac. She was a member of the Christian Apostolic Church, Forrest.
