Julie Ellen "Penny" Page, 76 of Chenoa, passed away 11:57 pm, Saturday, October 5, 2019 at Evenglow Inn, Pontiac.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:00 am, Saturday, October 12, 2019 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Chenoa with Fr. David Sabel officiating. Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery, Chenoa.
Visitation will be from 4:00 – 7:00 pm, Friday, October 11, 2019 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa with a rosary recited at 3:30 pm. A second visitation will be from 9:00 – 9:45 am, Saturday at the church. Memorials may be made to Dementia Society at dementiasociety.org/donate, St. Joseph Catholic Church, Chenoa, or Hope Pregnancy Center, Pontiac.
Julie was born March 6, 1943 in Fairbury, the daughter of Fred and Lina Vance Mowery. They preceded her in death. She married James "Jerry" Page on July 10, 1987 in Chenoa. He survives.
Other survivors include four daughters, Charlene (Jeff) Barker of Mesa, AZ, Christine (Greg) Monical of Pontiac, LaVonne (Tom) Shilson of Chenoa, and Alona (Todd) Farney of Pontiac, 12 grandchildren, Devra (Jesse) McNeely, Jacob (Christina) Field, Kevin Cook, Joseph (Kendra) Field, Sarah Cook, Brandi (Joe) Rainbolt, Briana (Jordan) Brown, Kayla (Rob) Ramseyer, Kyle Monical, Kendra Farney, Parker Shilson and Collin Monical; and 23 great-grandchildren.
Julie was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Chenoa and was a volunteer for the Livingston County Food Pantry and Hope Pregnancy Center, both in Pontiac. She enjoyed cooking for Fr. Carl and loved spending time with her family.
She retired from Caterpillar after 30 years of service.
