Cooksville – Julie Kaye VanNote, 57, of Cooksville, passed away at 5:30pm, March 22, 2017, at her residence.

Cremation has been accorded.

A celebration of her life will be held at 7:00pm, Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Colfax.

Friends may greet the family from 4-7:00pm, also on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Inurnment will take place at 11:00am, Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at Wiley Cemetery, Colfax.

Memorials may be left to the family.

Julie was born July 25, 1959, in Gibson City, the daughter of Larry K. and Carol Lee Bradford Hereford.

She married Jeff VanNote on June 14, 1986. He survives.

Also surviving are her mother Carol (Chuck McKinney) Hereford of Colfax; son, Jeremy Hereford of Atlanta; granddaughters, Alexis and Brynlee Hereford; and brothers, Steve (Tammy) Hereford of Phoenix, AZ, Brian (Cathy) Hereford of Colfax, and Kurt Hereford of Colfax.

She was preceded in death by her father and one brother, Kent Hereford.

Julie was a member of the Colfax Christian Church.
