Katherine "Tena" Clark, 95, a resident of the McLean County Nursing Home, Normal and formerly of Cooksville died at 3:05 am, Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at McLean County Nursing Home, Normal.
Her funeral service will be at 10:30 am Friday, June 13, 2008 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, rural Colfax with the Rev. Connie Frase officiating. Burial will be in Gridley Cemetery, Gridley. Visitation will be 9:30 to 10:30 am Friday at the Church. Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Colfax is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Clark was born December 28, 1912 in Gridley the daughter of Emil and Katherine Amelia Bauman Finck. After her mother's passing she was raised by her grandparents Elierth and Mata Bauman. She married Ray W. Clark on April 4, 1934 in Chenoa, IL. He died on January 30, 2002.
Surviving is a daughter, Evelyn (Delmar) Thedens, Normal, IL, a son, Wesley (Grace) Clark, Viola, WI, four grandchildren, Trent (Delores) Thedens, Colfax, IL, Abby (Dirk) Dallman, Springfield, IL, Darrel (Jennifer) Clark, Viola, WI, Mary (Brandon) Weber, Normal, IL, four great-grandchildren, Ryan and Lindsey Thedens, Holden Weber and Spencer Clark, 6 step great grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson, Tyler Price.
Also surviving is a brother, Lester Bauman, Rockford, IL and three sisters, Lorraine Hartman-Clark, Gridley, IL, Donna Price, Chattanooga, TN, and Ramona Schuler, Chenoa, IL.
She is preceded in death by two sisters.
Mrs. Clark was a homemaker, a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Colfax and the Never Too Old Club.
The family suggest memorials be given to the Eastern McLean County Ambulance Association or the McLean County Nursing Home Residents Council.
