Obituary
Kimberley Arlene Meints, 47, of Fairbury died at 3:41 pm Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, with her family by her side.
Funeral services will be 10:00 am Saturday, December 12, 2009 at the First Baptist Church of Fairbury with Pastor Steve Anderson officiating. Burial will be in the Chenoa Cemetery, Chenoa.
Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 pm Friday, December 11, 2009 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury. Memorials may be directed to the Family of Kimberley A. Meints or First Baptist Church of Fairbury.
Kim was born February 18, 1962 in Fairbury, the daughter of Dallas and Joyce Howard Meints. Her mother Joyce Meints survives in Fairbury.
Also surviving are two daughters, Ashley Meints and Betty Jo Meints, both of Fairbury, two brothers, Joe (Georgia) Howard, Pontiac, IL; Dave (Cindy) Buchanan; Fairbury, two sisters, Peggy (Darryl) Stiles, Fairbury; Debbie (Dave) Suttles, of Georgia; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father, Dallas Meints.
Kim's sense of humor and witty personality will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Fairbury.
