Obituary
Kimberly J. Nichols, 48, Atlanta died at 4:56pm Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at St. John's Hospital, Springfield.
Funeral services will be at 11:00am Friday, April 24, 2009 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury. Visitation will be 10:00 to 11:00 am Friday at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury. Burial will be in the South Apostolic Christian Cemetery, rural Fairbury. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Kimberly J. Nichols memorial fund.
Kimberly was born October 28, 1960 in Fairbury the daughter of William C. "Bud" and Wanda Hedrick Woodward. She married Rick Nichols February 14, 2008 in Lincoln, IL. He survives in Atlanta.
Also surviving are her parents, William C. "Bud" and Wanda Woodward, Forrest, IL, two sons, Joshua (Jennifer) Haag, East Peoria, Eric (Jennifer Carter) Haag, Bloomington, step son, Derek Nichols, Bloomington, four grandchildren, two sisters, Christie Abromowitz, Parump, NV, Karla (Sam) Zimmerman, Fairbury and one brother, Kyle Woodward, Bloomington.
Kimberly was a graduate of Fairbury-Cropsey High School and had been employed as a waitress in Atlanta.
