Obituary
Larry D. Boyd, 48 of Chenoa died at 2:55 pm, Saturday, July 25, 2009 at Livingston Manor, Pontiac.
Cremation rites have been accorded with a private family service to be held at a later date. Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa has charge of arrangements.
Larry was born November 7, 1960 in Camp Pendleton, CA the son of John and Linda (Davis) Boyd. His mother preceded him in death on January 30, 2009.
Survivors include his father; John Boyd, Chenoa, one sister; Debbie Smith, Chenoa, one brother; Louis (Jackie) Boyd, Lexington, his daughters; Ashley and Holli Boyd, both of Pontiac, one grandson; Jackson and many nieces and one nephew.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family of Larry Boyd.
Larry was employed by Union Roofing, Chenoa as a Journeyman for eight years where he enjoyed his work and the friends he worked with. He enjoyed going camping, fishing, and riding motorcycles. Larry was a proud grandpa, a loving uncle and he loved his dog "Zoe". He will be greatly missed by his family and friends who loved him dearly. The family would like to thank all who visited Larry during his brief illness.
