LeRoy – Larry Keith Winterland, 86, of LeRoy, passed away at 4:35 pm, August 14, 2025, at The Loft of Normal.

His funeral will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Colfax. Burial will be in Eckerty Cemetery, Eckerty, IN, at 1:00pm, on Monday, August 25, 2025.

Visitation will be from 10-11:00am, Saturday also at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Unit at Carriage Crossings, Bloomington.

Larry was born November 5, 1938, in Lexington, the son of Walter and Leona G. (Klintworth) Winterland. He first married Cathy Gilmore on November 23, 1979. She died August 2, 1990. He then married Mary Trimble-Riddle on June 26, 1993. She survives in Bloomington.

Also surviving are his step-children, Harold (Tammy) Riddle of LeRoy, Tammie (Phil) Bossingham of Northport, AL, Scott (Staci) Riddle of LeRoy, and Len (Mary) Huff of the Philippines; 10 step-grandchildren and 13 great-step-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Larry was a lifelong farmer in the McLean County area. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Colfax.

Larry was an avid hunter, fisherman, and outdoorsman.
