Obituary
Lavina Madeline Schmidgall, 91, of Fairbury died at 9:12 pm Monday, May 12, 2008 at Fairview Haven Nursing Home, Fairbury.
A private family service will be held Thursday, May 15, 2008 at East Graceland Cemetery, Fairbury with the ministers of the German Apostolic Christian Church officiating. Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be given to the American Red Cross of the Heartland.
Mrs. Schmidgall was born May 11, 1917 in Fairbury, IL the daughter of John and Magdeline Wiedrich Fehr. She married William Schmidgall on September 9, 1956 in Fairbury, IL. He died January 22, 1995.
Surviving is a son William J. (Anna) Schmidgall, Fairbury, three grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
Mrs. Schmidgall was a homemaker and a member of the German Apostolic Christian Church, Fairbury
