Linda Jane Stewart, 75 of Pontiac and formerly of Fairbury, died at 4:15am, Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.

A private family inurnment will take place at a later date at Graceland Cemetery, Fairbury, where she will be laid to rest with her sister, Connie Stewart.

Ms. Stewart was born April 19, 1943 in Oil City, PA, a daughter of Leonard Raymond and Viola Goldie Coburn Stewart.

She is survived by three sons, William Merle (Lorraine) Knapp of Summerfield, FL, Edward Lee (Mitzi Garland) Stewart of Fairbury, and Donald LeRoy Knapp, Jr.; and one sister, Donna Ray Thacker of Amarillo, TX.

She is preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, Edward Lewis, James Leonard, Allen Frederick, and Ronald Eugene Stewart; and two sisters, Delores Jean Kay and Connie Marie Stewart.

Linda was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW in Fairbury, IL.
