Obituary
Lynda E. Neubauer, 73, Pontiac, died at 11:46 pm Friday, February 13, 2015 at Regional One Health, Memphis, TN.
A celebration of her life service will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, May 30, 2015 at the McDowell United Methodist Church with Pastor Andy Black officiating. Private inurnment will take place in Patty Cemetery, Pontiac. The family suggests memorials be given to the Hernando, MS 1st Responders or the McDowell Methodist Church. Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Neubauer was born April 17, 1941 in Sturgeon, MO the daughter of Ruby Waller and Alma Gladys Bagley Sexton. She married Lloyd W. Neubauer on July 3, 1966 at the McDowell Methodist Church, McDowell, IL. He died on February 3, 2003.
Survivors include 2 daughters, Annette (Ty) Schopp, Hernando, MS, Kris (Craig) Ziller, Fairbury, IL, 2 grandchildren, Danielle (Kevin) Powell, Zachary Schopp, 3 step grandchildren, Justin (Maggie) Ziller, Scott (Brittany) Ziller, Katie (Scott) Ziller, 1 great granddaughter and 2 step great grandsons.
She is preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, Norman Sexton, Roy Lee Sexton and 1 sister, DeLoris Stroh.
Mrs. Neubauer was a member of the McDowell Methodist Church.
