Obituary
Margie Marie Singer, 77 of Cropsey died at 1:20pm Monday, September 15, 2014 at ASTA Care Center, Pontiac.
Visitation will be 1:00 to 4:00 pm, Friday, September 19, 2014 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury. Cremation will take place at the conclusion of visitation. In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials be directed to Alzheimer's Association.
Marge was born August 2, 1937 in Hodgenville, KY; the daughter of John and Margaret (Harris) Underwood. She married Joseph "Joby" Singer on December 4, 1954 in Clinton, IL. Her husband survives in Cropsey.
Other survivors include her children, Lester (Lizzie) Singer of Whitehouse, TN; Janice (Gary) Eble of Tiskilwa, IL; Ed (Chrissy) Singer of Pontiac, IL; John Singer of Whitehouse, TN; Kelli Reynolds of Bloomington, IL; Jennifer Wyant of Lexington, IL; two sisters, Dorothy (George) Harris of Clinton, IL; Lucille Whiteman of Lincoln, IL; one brother, Joe (Martha) Underwood of Clinton, IL; 20 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and one sister.
