Graymont – Marilyn Joyce Leach, 79, of Graymont, passed away at 10:45pm, August 10, 2017, at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.

Her funeral will be held at 11:00am, Monday, August 14, 2017, at 1 ^st Lutheran Church, Pontiac.

Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Fairbury.

Visitation will be held from 9-11:00am on Monday at the church.

Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be made to 1 ^st Lutheran Church, Pontiac or American Cancer Society.

Marilyn was born June 3, 1938, in Fairbury the daughter of Earl Carl and Edith Margaret Leonard Rabe.

She first married Richard Lee Doran on December 14, 1958, in Fairbury. He passed away in 1984. She then married Lyle E. Leach on June 9, 1990 in Fairbury. He survives.

Also surviving are her daughter, Lori Dee Doran-Breedlove, Peoria; sons, Scott Patrick Doran, Fairbury, and Ritchie Lee (Beth) Doran, El Paso; step-daughters, Keri (Tim) Lewis, Pontiac and Kathi (John) Daluga, Angola, IN; brother Leonard Rabe, Napa, CA; five grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, one great-grandchild and six step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.

Marilyn was a member of 1 ^st Lutheran Church of Pontiac.

She is a 1956 graduate of Fairbury-Cropsey High School and later attended Marycrest Business College, Kankakee.

She was a secretary at Honegger's and Company, Fairbury and later worked as a cook at Westview Grade School, Fairbury.

Marilyn was an animal lover with a fondness to horses.
