Mark Wayne Hawkins, 57, Forrest, died at 1:01 pm Saturday, August 7, 2021 at his residence, Forrest.

Cremation rites have been accorded by Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury.

Mark was born May 26, 1964 in Chicago, IL the son of Loyd and Elizabeth Jones Hawkins.

Surviving are four sons, Kevin, Matthew, Nicholas and Daniel Hawkins, two granddaughters and one sister, Sheila (Michael) Luciani.

He is preceded in death by his parents.
